2026 Manta Ray Registration
Welcome to the Mays Chapel Manta Ray 2026 Swim Team!
Come swim with the Mantas and make friends, have fun and develop fitness! Please complete the registration form, choose your t-shirt size to start the summer with a splash!
Manta Ray swim team requirements:
- All swimmers must be able to complete the swim assessment in order to participate on the swim team. The swim assessment consists of swimming one length of the pool using front crawl and treading water for 1 minute.
- Swimmers under 12 must have earned a swim band.
- If you are not sure if child can satisfy the requirements, please attend our parent Meeting and Mini Manta Try Outs
Registration fees:
- First swimmer: $125
- Second swimmer: $125
- Third swimmer: $75
- Additional swimmers: Free
